Fear of Falling workshop

Course details

Are you sometimes frustrated, when your mind prevents you from progressing further in your climbing?  Do you feel that your physical ability surpasses your mental ability?  We can help with our fear of falling workshop.

In our Fear of Falling workshop, we look at what happens in the brain when fear kicks in. We look at ways to deal with this fear, and how we can progressively manage this, to try and improve our climbing.

In the workshop we will look at:

  • Fear and how it manifests itself in the brain

  • Optimal performance

  • Our mindset

  • Fear of failure

  • How to progressively expose the brain

  • Habits and motivation

  • Falling exercises

  • The influence of thoughts

By the end of the climbing psychology coaching workshop, you will have learnt more about yourself, and grown in confidence in your own ability.  And have an array of strategies to take away, and progress further in your climbing.
