In our fear of falling workshop we look at what happens in the brain when fear kicks in. We look at ways to deal with this fear, and how we can progressively manage this, to try and improve our climbing.

In our bouldering commitment workshop we look at fear and how this may affect our performance, and commitment. We also look at social aspects and mindset needed to push that little bit harder.

Our Performance Anxiety workshop will give you the opportunity to practice strategies and tactics to reduce your anxiety and improve your focus during pressure situations.

Confidence workshop

Our confidence workshop focuses on strategies to build up your self-confidence. This will include goal setting, discussion of the comfort zone and how to work outside of it, breath work and addressing your fears.

Emotion, Motivation & Social aspects in climbing

Our emotion, motivation and social aspects in climbing workshop is an online workshop where we look at how we can regulate emotions, motivation and look at reducing social anxiety within climbing.

Trad Commitment workshop

In our trad commitment workshop we look at the rational and irrational fears in trad climbing, the mindset needed, how to focus, gear placements and of course, we will do some falling.

Climbing Psychology - Instructors and Coaches workshop

Our Climbing Psychology workshop for instructors and coaches aims to teach some of the common psychological issues experienced in climbing, how to notice, and build strategies to deal with them.
