Are you lacking in confidence to commit to moves or struggle to have belief in your own ability?

This workshop focuses on strategies to build up your self-confidence. This will include goal setting, discussion of the comfort zone and how to work outside of it, breath work and addressing your fears.

Course Content:

  • What is Self Confidence?

  • Reasons why people may lack confidence, an open discussion within a safe space focusing on each person’s specific reasons

  • Tasking which reason has the biggest impact

  • The comfort zone and how to deal with stepping outside of it.

  • Assessing and neutralising our fears

  • Positive self-talk and Pre-climb rituals, how to use them effectively but not rigidly.

  • Breath work and how different types should be used in different situations.

  • The workshop lasts around 5-6 hours, with some theory and some practical
