Bouldering Commitment workshop
Course details
Are you sometimes frustrated, when your head prevents you from making a move bouldering? Do you feel that you physical ability surpasses your mental ability? Would you like to learn how to tap into that deeper drive to try? We can help with our bouldering commitment workshop.
In our bouldering commitment workshop, we look at what happens in the brain when fear kicks in. We look at ways to deal with this fear, and how we can progressively manage this, to try and improve our bouldering.
In the workshop we will look at:
Fear and how it manifests itself in the brain
Optimal performance
Our mindset
Fear of failure
How to progressively expose the brain
Habits and motivation
Falling exercises & spotting techniques
The influence of thoughts
Social aspects in bouldering
Learn to try harder
By the end of the bouldering commitment workshop, you will have learnt more about yourself, grown in confidence in your own ability, and have some management strategies in place, to progress further in your bouldering.
